Somewhere on this site, I needed to talk about the importance of enjoying nature. It could be included in the body—it provides nourishment and exercise. It could be included in the mind—there is so much to learn and understand and enjoy. It could be included in the spirit—our souls feel its healing influence. It could be included in the sustenance and enjoyment and learning that goes on in relationships. Not being sure what to do, I decided to put it here. Natural Anxiety ReliefNature is such a wonderful example to us of balance. We see what happens when unwise men and women mess with nature’s incredible balancing act. I don’t have a lot to say here. I just want to remind all of us to be part of it, love it, enjoy it, learn from it, and feel very, very grateful as we do.
